Joonghwajeon in the Deoksugung Palace, Is the most important building in the palace. Emperor Gojong handed over the throne to his son in this palace, And It was the place where official events were held. This large yard in front of Joonghwajeon is called jojeong. 덕수궁에 있는 중화전은 궁전에서 가장 중요한 건물입니다. 고종황제는 이곳에서 그의 아들에게 왕위를 물려주었죠. 공식 행사들은 이곳에서 모두 열렸습니다. 앞에 보이는 이 넓은 마당은 조정이라고 불립니다. 사진은 직접 촬영하였습니다. You can see, there are stones on the floor. These stones are called bagseog. These stones are made of granite slabs. These stones Are not flat, so it can feel weird. These stones are not neat even though this is a palace. But there are suprising secrets. If these stones were too neat and smooth, Your eyes will hurt from the reflection of the sun. Also, the water won't pool when it rains. There are more good secrets. Isn’t it suprising? You can see, there are 3 lines. This line at the middle is for the king, and the nobility walks at the right and the left. 바닥에 보시면 돌들이 깔려있습니다. 이 돌들은 박석이라고 합니다. 박석들은 화강암으로 만들어졌습니다. 이 돌들은 평평하지 않아서 이상하게 느껴질 수도 있습니다. 박석들은 여기가 궁전인데도 깔끔하지 않습니다. 하지만 놀라운 비밀들이 있습니다. 만약 이 돌들이 너무 깔끔하고 매끄러웠다면, 당신의 눈은 태양과 같은 빛의 반사로 인해 아플 것입니다. 또한, 비가 올 때 물이 고이지 않습니다. 그 밖에 더 좋은 이유들이 숨겨져있습니다. 놀랍지 않나요? 바닥에는 박석 말고 3가지로 나눠어져있는 선도 보이실 겁니다. 이선 가운데에서는 왕이 걷고, 양옆에는 그의 신하들이 걸어다녀녔습니다. 사진은 직접 촬영하였습니다. There are twelve stones on both sides. These stone marks a place to sit according to the rank of the official position. There are nine kinds of rankings. Now the question is, why are there twelve stones in nine rankings? And also, why are there rankings in both sides? The reason is that they also divided the ranking one,two,three into two. And the reason that there are twelve kinds of stones in both sides are from the kings point of view, there were soldiers on the right and officials on the left. 양쪽에 12개의 돌이 비석처럼 세워져있습니다. 이 돌들은 공식적인 지위나 순위에 따라 설 자리를 표시한겁니다. 지위에는 9가지 종류가 있습니다. 허나 궁금한 것은, 지위는 9가지인데 왜 이 돌들은 12개이고 왜 양쪽에 있을까요? 그 이유는 지위 1,2,3을 두가지로 나뉘었기 때문입니다. 그리고 양쪽에 있는 이유는 왕의 시점으로 오른쪽에는 무관들이, 왼쪽에는 문관들이 섰기 때문이랍니다. 사진은 직접 촬영하였습니다.
